Have you ever seen a boat made from a tree trunk? Now yes.

What you see here is Changwahela. Changwahela holds a special place in history. It’s a hidden gem, untouched by modern frenzy. But getting here was an adventure on its own! The roads are tricky, and the car we were in got even got stuck in the sand. But it was all worth it. After more than 1 hour and a half drive and 10 min walk to access the small fishing village.

There’s no electricity in this village. When the sun sets, the moon and stars are the only lights. The people cook their meals over a fire, just like their ancestors did.
Being here in Changwahela made me see how life can be full and happy without modern gadgets. Sometimes the simple, challenging path leads to the most beautiful destinations. Sounds a bit cheesy? May be. But it’s real ‘cheesyness ’
